Filing a Complaint Against a Driving School

Louisiana Department of Public Safety & Corrections regulates only the 14 hour pre-licensing course and 38 hour driver education course required for obtaining driver’s licenses. Complaints against the school must involve one of these courses in order for the department to pursue a complaint.
